I am considering purchasing a subscription of IPTV Express for a friend. That site is asking for payment through Paypal or a credit card.

My question: Is IPTV illegal? Or is it a grey area?

Probably illegal. Seems to me PayPal would not be very safe. Bitcoins, vanilla card...
