delete server info

My buddy is trying to input server info and having issues, goes to last server slot hits connect, say's connected so I assume he has entered all info correctly but no tv just scramble channel, when he check's server slot info stb did not save settings he entered, stb say's connection is ok, he has tried hard reboot, modem reboot, router reboot, all url's given by provider have been tried but nothing works, he has used different providers and doesn't know how to delete old server info I wonder if this could be the issue?
Could someone lmk how to delete all server info and I will try that for him, also please confirm how to save and exit once he get's "server is connected" just so I can confirm he is doing it correctly. Thank you

Upon exiting, is he turning that server slot to "on"

Nothing wrong you will not see server info after setup.Make sure to enter info correct.If showing connected then codes were entered correct.

On the dreamlink he has it does show the info in the top slot from the old servers I believe called url? but when he enters info now and it say's connected NOTHING shows at all it say's off

everything is correct it say's server connected but when he saves and exits it doesn't connect and it doesn't save

We got it working thank you both for helping, how can he delete old the old server settings? Or if they are showing and you can't delete how to turn them off?
