Help needed

I have been out of the loop a long time and I just bought a t6 now I'm trying to learn how to load the files on it I have the bin 20 on the stick but how do you load the 343 file to the unit

thanks for the help but when I go to get the bin 20 I get a error it is no longer available been inactive to long ???
and I have looked the unit is not a clone getting so frustrated im willing to pay to have someone programme it for me or show me how to do it
