Freezing IKS

Bare with me all, I'm new to this. I've purchased IKS for BEV and I'm getting a lot of freezing and as well scrambled channel. One thing that works is turn the reciever on and off but that's for a bit and it returns to freezing again. Under settings, server is connected. Any help would be great. Thank you

It's not your receiver, there are problems with IKS North. It's been more than 24 hours. Let's hope it gets fixed.
