lost channels

About a month ago i lost all channels. I got some back but not all, also some of the common ones say bad or no signal. I haven't changed anything on the dish. How can i get back the lost channels? Also, is there any way to see what your user id or password is from the server setup menu.? I'm a newbie to site. Thx

You may need to re-aim your dish it may have slipped from it's anchor point. User name and password come from your service provider should be in your email. I think all dreamlink hide the information with ******
Also you may have to reload the latest bin and re-scan after alignment.

I've checked the dish its ok, seems like 119 is out but not all the channels?? Unfortunately i deleted my email with password, that is why i was wondering if there was a way to check the receiver for it?

You can put in the new bin and re-scan it does not effect the password it will be saved in the set up. You should also be able to get your password from your service provider just shoot them an email.
