In all my searches, so far IPTV Express is the best for asian programming. Besides it uses Kodi as a baseline which IMO is very stable. As for the VOD's only two channels work.

Its been like this since months. Is that going to be fixed? Are there others with the kodi as a base and have VOD's?

You shouldn't have a problem IPTVExpress Video on Demand service.
What kind of receiver are you using? Are you clicking on the VOD button or trying to use an app?

I'm using their Application. When I look for VOD in hindi and it keeps circling after selecting the date. I believe they don't have the VOD's for most of the popular channels. Some of the channels come in just fine and consistent. Was wondering if there was a way to let them know to add VOD's to a few other channels.
