Scanning 129,110,114

Just wanted to know if there were any tricks when scanning for channels
I don't seem to pick up all the channels
For example I'm missing 501 502 508 509 510 511
Just curious if it's something in my setup

yep... If they scan in but do not open then they are down... BTW sat 119 is echostar 14(formerly 7) I do not know of a sat 114 unless you mean Satmex... not being familiar with Prosat or Satmex... all I can tell you is the TPs on sats 110/119/129 are all 21500 SR 2/3 FEC & Turbo/8PSK now...

So to repeat... Do the channels scan in but not open? Are your TP's set to 21500 SR, 2/3 FEC & Turbo/8PSK?

BTW most channels you mention are on sat 129.0W TP 12.559 L SR: 21500 2/3 FEC 8PSK c/p
