No signal

Hello guys, got this LinkBox 8000HD this model doesn't have ethernet port, a few days ago some channels started with no signal, my friend deleted all channels and Scan again it only found 32 channels where he had 200 or more channels, I checked the tuner's volt on different TPs and some had 13v others had 18v wish is the way the receiver switch from H or V TPs, but why no signal on some aTPs? Hummm my 8000 has Ethernet.

anyway make sure you have the latest file and scan with network search on
several transponders have no S or Q

also you will need the LS400 or LS 500 HD Module installed for 119/110/129

you didn't mention what sat your scanning

Sat is the 58west, the 8000 has few different models the HD, HD Local can't recall the others, this model is the simple one just HD has no Ethernet port any connection to internet is via Wi-Fi.. TP
