Can you use a backup channel list from a T5 to a T4?

I purchased a new T4 with HD module installed - loaded the 308P file - did factory reset and getting good signal on 82 and 91.
I have a T5 north channel list set up the way I like it for a T5 receiver. Can I install this file to the T4 receiver?
If so any precautions I should look out for - does it matter if I have long or short name selected or auto renumber by SID on or off?
