Disney Jr No Singnals

Hi there I am not getting channel 168 Disney Jr. After scanning sat.119 ,that channel is not there any more. Is there any TP change?

I have that setup. but I am getting Nick Jr Channel 169 but still I am not getting Channel 168 Disney Jr. My kid love to see it.I had that channel before. Plz guide me.

Not sure on your stb but if an auto scan doesn't bring it in your could always try and advance scan...info below. Both 168 and 169 are under the same transponder at present.

now after scanning 169 also gone. now no 168 and 169. how could we do advance scanning.I have that TP 12.297 H 21500 2/3 FEC 8PSK at 119. I used to have both channels. My kids love those channels Plz help me.

Without knowing which stb you have and to whether I have had or have knowledge of that stb it would be tough for me to tell you how to do an advance scan. Some of these stb's have differences in there sub menus. Are you getting Q & S off that tp? If not then that could be one problem...or if you have done a rescan then you could check to see if you scanned in any other chs. under that tp such as 106, 127, 173 or 174...there are others but if are not getting any of these chances are you may not be scanning in that tp for some reason. A lot of factors that could be a cause of not scanning in correctly and sometimes it is just a process of elimination.

Scanning isn't the issue...your TP data is correct.Your iks provider may not have them at this time.

I am attached with NFPS private server .I am sure ,They have it.My box name is Sonicview 8000 hd. In TP list it show 12297/21500 . but on channel it show 12297/20000. but that tp is not in tp list. any good idea to fix it.
