t5 channel files

I am unable to scan in some of my channels on 110 and 119 previously I have had to use a channel file someone uploaded to this site. If someone that has an updated channel list that scanned in 110,119,129 and could upload me a copy of there channel file or send it to me that would be great thanks.

then do a new scan
hell do you go to the gas station and ask the old lady to fill your car up?lol
