DN's law firm is going to be busy this year.. The Tivo lcase, Dave with multiple advertising cases. It seems that they decided to take matters to the courts.. So far they lost Tivo, lets see what happens with the cases on the most HD advertising..

They didn't want a satellite provider monopoly . :stop:
