llama not starting kodi

Got an update from amazon to my firetv that stopped ikono art /kodi from starting.
i tried to rerun all of it thru adbfire, llama options ect. I even reset to fact defaults the firetv and reinstalled all, sideloaded kodi ect.
no good, changes the icon from ikono back to kodi, but wont start kodi.
i can still run kodi thru settings/ apps.
my firetv is a yr and a half old.

Is there a fix for this?

In case anybody else wants to know ,LLama hasnt been changed (i am guessing) because amazon hasnt finished making
changes? Llama is not an amazon supported ap. I believe that a fix will come out in future, but at least you can still side load
kodi on the new amazon fire tvs

i have also used adbfire to side load firestarter. works sometimes

this fixes the amazon firetv problem nicely.
1 click, or 2 clicks of the home button and poof , kodi starts great
Onward, Upward to the next amazon fire tv udate that tries to stop kodi from running on it!!!

Turn off automatic update and you won't have this problem.

i could use a hand with that. i looked in all the settings and could not find where to turn off updates.
But i had done that before also.
i blocked them in the router using settings i found by google.

Turning off the updates in the firetv, could i trouble you to give it in step by step?
