Not sure if this is the right place for this but:

I have a Masscool which is a media player. You can store up to 500 + movies on it with a ! terabite drive.
Yep it hooks to the TV and indexs the movies. You use a remote to choose the movie you want to play and bingo
you are watching your movie.

Well I need some help. My remote for this thing quit working and I need to find another or find the code in order to use a universal remote. They do not make these anymore but thought someone here might know something about these devices?????

Appreciate anyone having some info.

Thanks

Have you checked here?
http://www.remotecentral.com/

I checked the Masscool site and they don't list remotes and looks like they deal with stores not the general public but I would contact them to see if they have them or can point you in the right direction. Have you tried taking the remote apart and giving the buttons and the button pad and good cleaning then adding new batteries?

The Harmony will work. You can get them anywhere just shop around for the best price for the remote you think you want.

Here is the website for them...
