Hello guys, my mother bought a new TV brand RCA 42" the problem she has is the DVD VCR combo this combo has RCA output but the new TV only has component input and HDMI, she wants to be able to play VHS movies so I guess a RCA to HDMI converter can fix this, do any of you know where I can find this converter? Thanks in advance TP

A NTSC video to ATSC HDMI upscaler for that price.....Hummmm I don't know about that one.

Most upscalers going that direction (analog to digital) cost over 250, one for that price may be too good to be true.

I use this same item, it dose work “somewhat”.
I am using an old satellite providers box with only RCA out.

This is more of a converter than an upscaler, it will get a decent video from the RCA source, but no way HD.

That is the idea, to be able to see the obsolete VHS on the new TV that doesn't have RCA, I also searched for RCA to Composite video but it was no where to be found, so I went with RCA to HDMI adapter, the reason is called upscale is because it doesn't work with just a cable with different ends, there is a cable RCA one side and HDMI on the other and it doesn't work, in order for it to work needs electronic components to do the Job, I tried the cable RCA to HDMI and it never worked. one of those component inputs will be a video input, try yellow r c a cable in the # 1 component green input ??? then just put the white and red audio cables in there appropriate inputs........
