can't connect to server

Suddenly everything disconnected . Went through it all , hard reboot of system. Still no server connected , and connection failed !!! Have paid up until November 2016

Jynxbox HD V3 , has newer JB200 tuner

Those boxes gets very hot
Try close your box for 3 mins and after reopen it see if that will help

I have the same box I got a fan under the jynxbox

Also , internet is working perfect and all connections are solid . I turned off stb , then unplugged it . Unplugged my modem , waited for it to reboot , plugged in stb and turned it on . Tried to connect to server , but no go . I am connected to modem by ethernet cable , and the light is on at my modem indicating that there is connection , and also light on at stb end

OK switched tuners and still can't connect . Hard reboot of modem and box . Can you please check my codes for me
