I just changed the channel on my router so I was on one with less traffic and followed # 3.4 here and it made a huge difference.

It still buffers some but nothing like it did before. But granted it didn't take 20 minutes to change either :)

I should also add, I did a fresh install of Kodi and 'NO' Zero Cache setup
