You can't get one with the module pre-installed, the module used can't be directly imported pre-installed inside a receiver to the US or Canada, it has to be done by the end user.

I wouldn't worry to much if the module is already installed or not but more so that it comes with the proper one first off. Installing the module is not difficult and if there isn't installation instructions not already posted for those receivers then there are many members using those 3 units that if you asked for guidance to install it for the model you decide on you will get the assistance needed. After all, that is why the forums are here!

The dealer receives the module and installs it. He just won't admit to it.

Any receiver with an optional Turbo 8PSK module can not be directly imported into the US or Canada the customs inspector will send them back or hold for disposal.
These receivers are designed to be used for the linear FTA satellites, not for the Dish or Bell satellites, unauthorized modifications by the factory like adding a module for the reception of Dish or Bell satellites is a violation of the FCC type acceptance on that unit, if the mod was done at the factory and found out in customs the whole lot could be sent back or destroyed.
These units are sampled by customs inspectors, if found with unauthorized hardware they are all under suspect, and believe me Dish and Bell have notified customs about these receivers, so they are all watched.
The Turbo 8PSK modules are imported as a different type of board for a different application, they have to be installed by the end user, (the store or you) the same goes for any bin codes needed to run them.
The only receivers allowed to be directly imported to view Dish or Bell satellites are the OEM receivers by EchoStar, any other receiver found to be capable out of the box to do so would be red flagged and the company doing the importing would be on the bad list.

Personally I would find a Jynxbox, or a variation of the Jynxbox. People will tell you all kinds of stuff about them being clones and so on. I have 2 and I love them. They are affordable and as long as you can keep them cool you will have no issues. They als come with the JB200 HD module already installed for HD.
