missing channels

Have a new dreamlinl t5 with dl100 chip and after doing channel scan am missing channel111 and 342 they are on the program guide but there is nothing there have tried scanning tp and no luck.

If they are in your guide and scrambled then its a server issue

Many of the channels are not working on IKS servers.
