No, the mods don't "have to upload it". If you have the file and know it is working then feel free to upload it so thers may test it. If you aren't sure it is safe then don't.

No problem. If you use the search feature in the upper right at the top of the page you should find the info on how to do it. I think I had made a post some time ago in a thread with the steps. It is quite simple. Just make sure you post it in the files section. You go there, start a new thread and scroll down under where you type your info, you will see there is an option to attach. Use that and make sure the file is either zipped or rar.

Yes Dreamlink has to include 15.2 in a new file..and i havent seen or heard of anything being released from Dreamlink re new file..since the latest bin r343.
