files for t5

are there any cleaner files to wipe out what i put in, to start over. i put in files factory and 103 . did several times. cant get it to go. how exactly does one know if the box took the file. when i check system info, the only info is the info that its a dreamlink t5 etc...i beat myself up all night. ive had other boxes,viewsat, cnx, but cant figure this out. i followed the guide satfix has,my system info is dreamlink t5 8psk loader l 1.00.00 hardware ht v 201.00.00 app version 0.11.00 build date aug 17 2014. no matter what file i put inthe info above stays the same

To start over and wipe everything do a facrory set..go into menu,configuration,system recovery,enter 0000 then hit factory set..
this will wipe all your settings and start all over,,
remember its going to wipe everything..write all your settings before you do that..
by the way you need to load this file

to see to see what file you loaded into your receiver go to menu,utilities,system information.
there you will see the file loaded into your system..

did what you said, system info is not showing files it only show model of box etc. ive had other boxes , last night shut down my cnx box to use the t5. i am not having any luck . followed everything to the letter. fustrated, im not a dumb person, but i feel like one

Nica, there is no need to start multiple threads on the same subject... You were getting plenty of assistance on the other thread... And there are questions asked of you there you have not answered so you can get the help you need...Nobodyspecial and Chevy are extremely knowledgeable on the subject... This one is closed...
