T4 reboot question

My T4 reboots every time I turn it.
I think that's what is called a bootloop.
I see a file with "rar" extension but I can't download it.
Any suggestions?

I have everything disconnected and when I turn it on/off from the back it still reboots.
If I then power off/on with the remote it also reboots.
I did find a downloader file by Sticky from 2013 but it has a "rar" extension.
That's the file I found.

you need winrar or 7zip to extract it

I need a zip if possible.
Just a note I did find this file "DT4_upgrade.bin
which I ran but did not fix the reboot issue.
Hopefully this one will work.. thks

I think u will have to use the loader to put this file on.

Are you talking about the .rar extension file?
