Can't get signal

So I had a guy come to install 119 and 110 but but said it wasn't possible cause of building. Yet so many other people have dishes. What would be my other choices to try and get dn. thank you

no need with this receiver as it will be dark very soon...

if I do that I will need a new box don't know which one and 91 sucks to 119. Thank you if I have no choice I guess that's it
