Severe pixelation on HD channels

I had what I thought was a sk200 board go out yesterday after changing TP on 110. Seemed like a heck of a coincidence but I had two new boards here. I was getting bad or no signal on all channels. I put a new board in and all was well, HD and SD. Tonight I'm getting severe pixelation like really bad rain fade on HD only. I put the other new board in and it's the same. Any ideas ?

Forgot to mention. I have good 95% S&Q on the HD signals.

It's warmed up, not sure what's going on.
