I'm having trouble linking my donation to my MAC address.

I can't seem to link my MAC address to my donation. I went on bought a donation but it's been a few days and I can't figure out how to link the two. Help!!

I have the same issue, i made one donation and now I don't know how to link my donation code to Mac Address.
I bought a NFPS code, i went to the web page with my code, and when I enter my Mac Address for my device, he doesn't work or let me save it.
Do I need to use only part of my mac address ? because i got a message like:
"WARNING: If you are using an STB emulator for IPTV then you should use a MAC Address under the following range 00:1A:78:XX:XX:XX (replace XX by hexadecimal digits), or your MAC Address may be modified without any previous notice."
Could any help?

Replace 00:1A:78:XX:XX:XX (use your own 6 last digits)for example 00:1A:78:12:DD:4B if you are using your pc with Kodi use your pc mac.
