Scam??? or not???

Received "private message" from somebody I don't know and was wondering if this is real or a scam. I did not try to check out this persons so called link as I am leary of this.

I'd say stay away...can you use the report post/PM button so we can look into this? They are NOT suppose to contact you first, you have to contact them...site rules. Please report the post/PM using the little triangle at the bottom. Thanks
