Well a few questions, first how old is the router?
And did this all of a sudden start, did the WIFI just drop out or did it do this intermittently then stay like this?
If it all of a sudden did this, and you have reset it and unplugged it for a bit of time, then there is a good chance that the WIFI transmitter or receiver is dead, a new router would be needed.
If it did this on an intermittent on off type of problem then there could be a second WIFI device or cordless phone on the same WIFI channel, did you by or add something new to your location, do you live in a condo or apartment building?
If so then you may be able to change the WIFI channel on your router to a different one, this may solve the problem.

This router maybe almost 2years old it usually gave me speed and connected very good around the house or basement it better than my Arris. After I change the setup DHCP from then on my connection disappeared. I got signal strong but no connect
Whatever I did hard boot or factory reset it still can't get signal connect 3-5 feed way from the router. It acting some time month or so can't get it any better like B4.
