I have two 8psk adapters, one is in red(v3,latest one,got from the famous seller on ebay),the other one is pretty old two pieces card, somehow I got better reception on the green one(according to signal bar while switching channels),I tested with same cable,so the fact should be on the 8PSK,any advise?

Don't have this particular stb but I have seen modules vary in Q & S...I have two HD stb's with modules. One being an SK200 and the other being a LS500 and both show different Q & S on the same dish setup.

By better reception, are you referring to picture quality or just signal strength ???
I can watch TV with green card for most hd channels but not red card, not even smooth, really annoying.I can tell signal strength is at least two bars better on green card.

I see your point,my nFusion HD show very good Q & S than SV8K HD,during the raining day,I have to use nFusion HD to watch games because SV8K HD is not watchable with the same cable running from my backyard.

Different tuner chips often have a specific curve that relates the signal-to-noise to a number that they output when you request signal strength. The box(s) takes that number and convert it to something you see on screen. Sometimes that conversion is really good, sometimes just close--it depends on how the coder does it. And some tuners/chips can do better than others at getting signal than others.
