I want to try this box but I don't see any tutorials on how to update the box.
What software I have to use?
How do I install it in the box and where?
How do I install the android kit?
Does it come already installed?
How do I set the IPTV?
What is T Dragon?
If you guys are going to create a support section for this product at least put the information so everyone can have an idea of what it's involved with this box.

I have the box running as we speak but just on the fta side at present...looking to get an android kit hopefully before too long. If I get a chance I'll try and come up with a loading procedure and post but maybe a day or two.

Not a very polite way to ask for help, we put these sections in for people to post the information your looking for when a receiver hits the market we do not provide said information that is up to the members or receiver support teams not the staff thanks for your understanding

Sorry I didn't mean to sound rude. It's just that I can not find any information on how to set up or how the box works. All I find is a bunch of files and I have no idea about what to do with them. If is not part of the duties of the staff to provide tutorials on how to set up property the receiver, can you ask the manufacturer? I guess you, and suppose you are an administrator or moderator judging by your reply, have some way to communicate with the Prosat HD team.
Am I wrong?

staff doesn't have direct contact with manufacturers as I don't think any of the staff speak Chinese for starters. Kudos for you for at least looking but for people already using that box how do you think they got it working? none of these boxes are much different than any other one. sure the wording in the menus might be a bit different between them or some items might be in a different menu but the basic concept is always the same. Load a file, set up sats, and scan channels

Yes you are wrong and very new to this game it seems.

Post your questions in the proper sections and be patient you will get your answers. Just remember it is summer and all the
help comes from peeps volunteering the help.

I have fta before but it was simple. Like Nostradamus said, the basic concepts, setup the satellites and scan, I have no problems with that. But now it's more complicated. Now you have to know XBMC, install an Android kit and set up the emulator for the IPTV part. That's the part I am scared about. I have seen the files for the Prosat HD at the files section but I am wondering about the T Dragon. That's is it? What I need it for? How do I install it? Is that what you need to get running the android kit?

TDragon is the latest file for the IKS side. And yes the manufacture does not support third party files. I'm sure you must know why right?

The Android kit is just that a kit. Plug it into the right slots inside and you have an Android box just like the other stand alone boxes. So yes you will need to do some reading about Android and KODI.

To get these things working you will have to put some effort into learning what you can then asking questions in the right sections and being patient for someone to reply.

I have this machine working well on both sides and use it everyday. Nice little unit is all I can say.
