T5 Changing Channel itself

I bought T5 in February. Some time it changes channels itself. Like when I switch on or off light, it automatically jumps to few channels back or forward. Some time when I changing TV volume low or high it changes channel itself. anyone has this issue?

Have you tried doing a System Recovery and then loading the latest factory bin and latest file again

T-5 has extremely sensitive IR receiver module. It has no infrared filter and so fluorescent lights drive it bat ****s. Like those new curly ones that you get instead of the old incandescent bulbs. I used to be able to buy an infrared filter in Radio Shack, but alas, no more Radio Shack near me. Infrared filter solves the problem fairly well for me. Also, get rid of curly light bulbs.

Sometimes other remotes bothered it too but the infrared filter solved that too.

Sorry but none of the other suggestions will help it one bit.

Even with receiver remote, I am clicking forward, sometimes it goes backward.
