new dreamlink hd

My old dreamlink hd would only give me SD with the original green board(HD ones will no longer work)
Bought a new one, set up and installeded server which is connected, buy only scrambled channels.
Am I missing a step? Do I have to contact provider because it it now a different stb?
Any help would be appreciated.

Is the server setup the same for the new one?
