useing dish 500
getting blue bars on 110 Sig 97 qu 96
orange bars on 119 signal 97 qu 96 bad or no signal
have put in new switchs, new lnbs single, new cable,
I have bypassed the switch stright to the reciver and still getting orange bars from the 119 no picture.
Need Help

what lnb set-up do you have on your dish 500?

If you're getting red bar when you're running directly to the box then you're not aligned correctly to receive 119. You need to tweak the dish. Don't be fooled by thinking you're correctly aligned because you're getting a signal of 97. You'll get that (in red) just turning on the box without anything hooked up to it. You need to move (align) the dish until you get blue bars.

The first transponder in the transponder list for 119 needs to be an active transponder or it will not show properly. If you view it in the transponder list you can scroll through the transponders and select and see the signal strength.

use 12297 and see if you get blue bars
