IPGUYS total server overhaul? Lots of freezing today?

Hello, I have a friend whom is a reseller for ipguys/voodoo. For almost two days ipguys were down and gave "NO" headsup even to their resellers? to what was going on? We just assumed they were overhauling their servers ! When they came back online things looked up and up. The channels came in quicker but there was and still is "No" guide (EPG) ? Now there is massive freezing today on many channels? and still no epg?
I would like to know if there is a reseller here that knows whats going on, or someone that actually knows whom ipguys are and can get in touch with them and let them know that there are "Alot" of pissed off customers including myself into the lack of communication they give? I guess the only way they will learn is to hit em in the pocket book. NFPS will dominate this iptv market soon .
Anyone else having freezing issues? I have 55Mbps download speed

Immature responses to almost every legitimate question asked makes this once good site less relevant.

I see nothing wrong with what the member quoted. He is simply stating that the member he quoted may be using NFPS without his knowledge. It would not be the first time someone was a re seller for NFPS and created their own name which in turn leads others to think they are using something different than.

That is the way this little game has been played for years now so you not thinking of the intent of the post and taking it the wrong way and then simply spewing off at someone that knows how things work was wrong.

Immature was biting whoknows's head off for simply responding to a part of the posters posting. If you feel that this site is irrelevant then move on to one that isn't as knowledgeable as most of the folks are here and one that is more relevant.

Ya Ya...I know you've been and done everything from super mod to the king of the castle and now what we know you as an opinionated know it all. You just thought you'd dump on someone and feel like a hero and it backfired a bit on you. If you didn't like my bit of levity and think ip guys is a lone ranger then you best change your meds.
