constant freezing and scramble

Is there anything I can do to help with this or is it all the same with everyone.

Had the same problem last night...a little worse than normal...still have my tv on ota right now so not sure yet how it will be today. Just don't think there is anything to help at the moment...kinda the nature of the beast.
