If your needing to uplaod a file in receiver use usb.If you want to update a hub use the wiznet computer program.

I have another thread on here concerning the loading of usb, in which i am unable to load by usb. i need to load by null modem cable,as that is the only way i can get it to take. i need to load 20-2028 file. Thanks

The loader can be found in the first link below...instructions can be found in the second link...the instructions were made for the 360P but the loading procedure should be similar for both 8000 and 360.
