misplaced server info

my friend entered server info into his dreamlink hd but since then he has misplaced his server info. his dreamlink is having problems and he wants to use the server info on a different receiver. Problem is when he goes to server info, he is unable to see his user and password. any ideas?

PM your p$ as most will have that information. The only ones that may not are the p$ that hook yu for a year.. Or sign on with another p$ for a short time and write information down. good luck
