How do i tell if a chan is down or if the issue is on my end?

I am hoping someone can answer a few channel related questions. I recently bought a clone jynx HD v3 receiver and i think there is a problem. I can only seem to get sd chans from 100's some 200's and 300's. I get 3 or 4 hd chans in the 4000's and 3 or 4 in the 9000's. Is this normal?
I have deleted all channels and rescanned.

Should i be getting more channels on 110 & 119?

Im pointing at 110 & 119 No 129 yet.

You could check the rocket up/down thread to see if all channels were back on line as they have been down the past couple days. Whether you are getting all you should is an unknown unless you were to list all channels viewable which is not necessary. But pretty sure you're good.
