resetting a mag 250 to factory

hi, just wondering if some one would know how to reset a mag 250 back to factory. I tried a search but could not find it.
the reseller will not take me of his panel he wants me to buy of him.
ps I have two other active servers would I lose them or can they be put back on after the reset.
