Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
20 0z bag of sweetened coconut flakes
semi-sweet or milk chocolate baker’s chocolate
sea salt

Preparation Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 315.
2) Mix together the egg whites, sugar, and sweetened coconut flakes. Use an ice cream scoop to make tablespoon-sized balls, then shape them into mini mountains on the parchment paper,
3) Make for 18-20 minutes, then let cool.
4) Melt the chocolate in the microwave in increments of 15 seconds, stirring often and making sure it doesn't burn.
5) Dip the macaroons in the chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let chocolate solidify.
