Channel Scan Issue???

This thread has been posted before but I'm not having the same issue... I have a jynxbox and a T5. The jynxbox pulls down all the channels from any TP whether its bev or dish birds. When I use the T5 on the same coax (remove jynx box and replace with T5) I do not get all the channels on each TP. I get channels on each TP but not the full channel list. The channels that are usually missing are the sport package ones. For instance depending on the day I try to scan the TPs I get 4 center ice channels or at other times I get 6 channels and other times a different number. Its consistent if i repeat it for that day but not day to day.
I tried manual, auto, pid... but still no avail.

Not good at scanning this box I found I needed to do it manually by individual TP to get all the channels? lots of work took a lot of time but it seemed to get them all this way I wish I knew an alternative for this?

center ice chs will only get scanned if there is game on it.
