internationals and sd channels

i been missing alot of channel for the last 2 weeks is it an ecm and btw how long do ecm take or what is. I just want these channels working eg. channels 675-750 (international 118 sd) usa on 105sd and 9431hd. Am i missing something, should i recan? did my sat move outside? i am getting good Sig & Quality. Also alot of HD channels r coming in eg 9436 on up but not all just most.

did your(sat) dish move? Only you can answer
Good signal and quality is not an indication of dish moving.
A lot of HD channels are coming in is usually a good thing and not something to complain about.
Reading other threads in nfps section will give you and indication that maybe your channel problem stems from the server you are using(nfps). good luck

i just rescanned 129 and all seems good cause i am getting blue bars.On 119/118 is red bars but 97% Sig&Qual it also isnt giving me 119 or 118 at the top rt in blue like 129 does. does this mean the lnb is bad?

In my opinion the chances are very slim that l n b is bad. Would sooner think it be antenna settings or dish alignment. You are in nfps server forum which really is not correct forum, so you might want to re address this problem in satellite hardware section or your receiver discussion forum and post your antenna settings as that may be where you problem stems. good luck

This is what is happening. The damn wire came off the switch i connected that back up and it tuned in fine but the 129 is not coming in i been trying 2 get it but no dice. im in windsor ont. and dont no what angle i should set it to. In the past i just guess at where it is and go from there which Rt now i can get 110 but thats all. When i tune in a dish i use a coolsat 5000 it has a beeping sound so i can tune with cordless headphones. any help

This is a new issue anubis i think and ty for moving the threat. i am having trouble tuning 129 in. it say elevation 22.8 and i checked the post 4 level. the wire could b the prob but im getting 77% level. 1 more question can i use rg59 cable or does it have 2 b rg6 and what sat has the most hd on it i have it pointed to 129? i am freezing outside been @ it all afternoon.


update changed cable and used rg6 and still cant get 129 in on the coolsat 5000 but i hooked the t5 back up and its showing 97% sig & Quality did a scan and all good but im still not sure if its tuned in that high and im still not gettting usa 9431 in.
im done with this 4 now spent the day on it ty guys 4 the help

thought u forgot bout me anubis. current prob is when i hook up my dream link t5 the sig&Qual is 97% but i am sure its not. i been using a coolsat 5000 to tune into 118/119 and 129 but that didnt pick it up. i also have a cnx nano would that be better 2 use? i just wanna make sure i am locked on 129

ty dishuser. i didnt no the stb had 2 b hd for it let me tune in 129. Should just use the t5 to tune it in? cause thats what i did and i dont think its tuned in perfectly. or r u guys using ur t5 to tune in 129?

if you want to try to use your sd rcvr go in and change tp frequency to 12516
