I would like to find a way of intercepting the Video/Audio signal from the DVR to the TV so I can record it to my PC. it's all HDMI cables between them and my PC has a HDMI plus two USB input/outputs. What is it I need to use for this?
Thank You

Just a guess, but a video capture card of some type...........
Look for a Hauppauge Colossus card. It can capture video off HDMI. I'm not sure if it will defeat copy protection (DHCP) for digital signals. You can record component through that card, and some other Hauppauge products.
