Considering another box. I'm currently using a dreamlink HD , it's been a good one for the last couple years. I don't like the small size, always thought a larger case would allow better cooling.

Any first hand experience between the two, channel change, epg, picture quality ,heat issues, etc.

I've used the t5 and find it ok. One of your complaints was that your receiver was small. Without getting up to measure I'm guessing the t5 is about 6 inch by 6 in. Can't say I've had any problems with heat. Guide only shows 4 channels which a lot of members complain about. Picture should be identical as to what you have. Channel changing would depend on server. Hope this helps.

i have the hd older model and have no problems. the only thing that really bothers me is when you put in all the info you can't see it when its done to double check so the best bet either download the program and do it on the computer or you just have to hope you get it all right :) but besides that its a good box and pretty cheap i have a guy lol
