looking for "DreamFlash for Windows v0.1" software to fix dm500s

hi guys, I need your help, I am looking for this software "DreamFlash for Windows v0.1", which will fix the dm500s by j-tag method.

so I look all around this file, I could not find it. if any body know this file, please let me know.
