About new boxes

Hello it's been a long time since here i moved and still have my sonview box. But thinking of upgrading was wondering what is a good one. Also i know this is a stupid question i just seperated after 20 years and can't hook the satelite on my own. So i was wondering do i still need to hook one up or have we advanced to not needing them and if not the size of dish needed. Thank you

Sorry i'm back again just got a couple of more question will it get the same channels of a fta box. Also if i attempt to hook my sonicview 360 can i install to make it wi-fi. Thanks
