JBox V10 help please

I just got my new Jbox V10 not a clone... I think I loaded the right files lol
I loaded
V5 JX_NA_firmware_v245_dual .bin
I hope that I'm right lol witch i doubt it im missing something
cus im only getting two satellites
1 26.0E live test
2 134.0W DTV
any help will be greatly appreciated
let me know what file or files im missing please thank you

ok loading firmware 207 im able to search for more sats but now that scanning for channels
it does not pick up any channels its been at least 45 mins and nothing not even one channel
for sat 110 and the signal is at 85%
Quality its at 82%

for 119 signal 42%
quality 42%

which i never had a problem with my Kbox pro that i had hooked up before
and i have no problem with dick in my pc room some help please thanx

well if you bought a V10 you got a clone, every Jynx after the V3 have been clones

well unless you have one of those combo LNB's (119 & 118) on the dish your freq should be the same as it is at 110. At that point just scan

First thing is what firmware did it come with, you should not load any firmware before you read or ask what to load, you can kill
your new receiver with the wrong firmware.
After you load a new firmware you need to do a factory reset for it to apply.
You should have posted this in the /all other receiver section/ the V10 is a clone.

you will also need to correctly configure your sats, you do not have a sat lock so no or very few channels will be downloaded, post what LNBF type and switched are involved and then post your sat settings as you have inputted them for each sat involved.

OK so what is the correct firmware that I need to download now¿?¿ if you can see I did asked after I did my mistake and no one has pointed me to the right file... They only tell me it's a clone and that's all... Can some one please tell me what firmware it is that I need please...

The V10 should have came with 3.3.10 firmware, I don't like that firmware, I use the V7 firmware because it seems to work the best
on all jynxboxes.
You can find the files in the all other receiver file section, they will be listed as allchunk files.
when you get the file on a usb drive you will need some help to load it, you can do some reading and find the info your self or
ask and I will help you with it.

I see a problem with your settings, if you are using a DPP LNB you need Legacy LNB set to OCS_DP.

I had them both with osc-dp and I still don't have enough signal for 119 only for 110... I will try loading the files you recommended once I get home that is lol... Thank you for the help... And def will all fit help if I need it

The files is not your problem with S&Q, thats going to be in your settings or hardware, what dish & lnb are you using.

you need the jynxbox hooked to the first port of the lnb or you need a power inserter on the first port of the lnb.

Your lnb freq. in 119 is 11250 not 10750

I found the file (All Chunks&Firmware-v7) I extract it and is this way 1(Fimware.bin) 2(all chunk.abs) I cant load file #1 it says invalid file... i cant even see life #2...
some help please

No loader or loader cable needed.
Use the allchunk.abs only don't try to load the firmware, it want work.
Rename the allchunk.abs file to allchunk.bin in the receiver upgrade menu select allflash.

Use a small usb stick, 1 gb or less, format it to fat32, go back to the file section and get a fresh copy of the allflash file, do not get the firmware, you only need the allflash file.
when you go to rename it, left click on the file, it should now be blue, now right click select rename, move the mouse up to the allchunk file to
the right side of abs and right click then type bin then move off of the file and left click, you will be ask if you want to save, say yes
and your file should work.

I see a problem with your allchunk in the pic you posted, when I plug the usb in the receiver, in the upgrade menu the file looks like this /all chunk.bin/ allchunk should be 2 words.

The problem could be that you have an AZlink file on the receiver, you mite want to load jynxbox OE file 239 then try the V7 allchunk file.
Do not load any OE jynxbox file any newer than 239.

i have load it 1000x and it still says 2.5.1 what else should I do???
is there any way to re set the box to original factory rest??? like real hard reset???
maybe then ill be able to load the correct file???

Did you do a factory reset after you loaded bin 239, if not it will not apply.

what firmware does it show in the receiver menu, you must get the 251 firmware off the receiver or it will be dead soon.

He has a V10 and loaded 251 firmware with clone kill, now he trying to get it to load 239 clone safe file, then load the V7 allchunk.

i have contacted the dealer and I was able to return the box... I gave it my all
as ya'll did as well thank you sooooo much... i did ordered jynxbox v3 hope i dont get a clone lol
and i def hope i load the right files in it LMMFAO...
once again thank you sooooo much for the help and the effort and time ya'll put in on helping me with my stupid mistake...
on that note MUCHAS GRACIAS EVERYONE!!!!!

V10 is clearly a clone. Be very careful not to load anything as it may damage it. Glad that everything's working smoothly now.
