Switching SAT on channel changes

I just finished setting up my T5 and I noticed that when I go to channels that are on Anik3 118 and then go back to channel 200 which is on 119, TV is blank. It took a few minutes to figure what was wrong and I found out that after I switch channels which is on a different SAT I go back to Menu, Dish setting, and it shows just for a second that the bars on Signal & Quality are both red. After the bar turns blue I exit and TV is back. Is this a bug or did I miss something on the settings.

Sometime the switch does not like to work with the T-5 I always would have to reboot when I used an EMP switch I changed to a chieta and it works great.
