Scrambelled channel when switching from DN to BEV

Hi guys,

I have this weird problem. Let's say I'm watching a DN channel, and I seitch to a BEV channel, I will get the scrsmbelled channel error. I will then have to turn off the receiver and turn it back on and then the bev channel will work.

I have another t5 in my bedroom, and I don't have that issue. Any help?

friend have you tried doing a factory reset yet,but first write down the settings for each sat your pointing too if you don,t know them by heart,after the factory reset,re-enter the settings for each sat and re-scan the sats,let us know if that fixes the issue....

hey, that for the reply.

I tried to do that and no luck. Still the scrambled channel shows.

I called one of the store and the guy said that it's the HD chip; SK900. Said i have to take it out and put it back in. Now sure if that is true or not but i'm scared to try it. is it hard to remove and put back in?

The board is easy to pull in and out on the t5 Its not called the sk900 ,its a dl100
However I would suspect a switch before the tuner Whats your set-up?
Is your system grounded?

I have a friend with a similar issue, he channels up one and back, seems to correct the issue for him when changing from one sat to the other.
