Help no guide on 119

Please help me I have no guide for all channels on 119. I do have on 110

I have tried leaving it on channel 200 still no guide
I change LNB no difference
could it be my box ??

I do not have channel 163 I have tried this I upload a channel list or I rescan my sats and for some hours a get the EPG, but after 2 or 3 hours a loose de EPG info again, could the problem be my box ?

Not sure this will help but...in user settings menu you have 3 sid options...make sure they are all on...also make sure you have the stand by epg turned on as well in that same menu. When you back out to viewing I would hit the sat button and make sure you have echo pkg selected in that menu...helps to line things up and should help with the epg as well.

On last thing make sure you have the time and time zone set correctly...some may not know but when some of these older stb's came out the daylight savings time was different that it is now...so during a certain time of the year it will throw the clock off which messes with the epg. You may need to adjust the time zone and or turn the daylight saving time option on or off to get the time set back correctly.
