What is the type dish, L N B and switch? DP or Legacy? Is this a provider setup? When you are on satellite you will have blue bars and a lock. Lock example = satellite name is 91 nimiq in orange and above that 91 nimiq in blue.
Try
119=1
118=2
129=3
If those numbers don't work change and wait to see if bars turn blue.

do u mean the diseqc sw 1.0 number. i no a bit about this stuff not much thou
it was working before christmas now im only getting a few channels only on 129
also i cant lock in on 118 or 119 both on the same port in settings. i have a big dish for the 118/119 than each lnb has 2 out connections on them they run to a cheetah switch using port 1 for 129 and port 2 for 118/119

bypass the switch (dont forget to change settings) and run directly to rcvr If everything is ok replace your switch

The quality is good for 118 and better for 119. Shouldn't have any problems viewing channels.
Since you know you dish is ok for alignment and coax is good then you probably have a switch problem. When disconnecting or connecting to the cheetah you must turn the receiver off from rear or unplug otherwise it will kill switch.
If you were using port 1 an 2 then when reinstalling switch use port 3 and 4 on the cheetah. There is a good chance those ports will be still good on the switch. Reset your disq Setting in antenna setup to reflect what port you are using. If it is still a no go, then time for another switch. good luck
PS:please with the body painting \as I'm trying to eat my supper.

Yeah with the last ECM you will get glitch like that. try a strong channel first,then swing back to the channel you want. Some channels will take 20 seconds to unscramble .

Did you check coax connectors for corrosion? Is your system grounded? Did you change switch? If you did all of these suggestions you should be problem free.

If it's extremely cold outside it can affect your outdoor satellite equipment.
Ice can and will cause a loss of signal from the dish, water in the coax or if the coax had water in it and now has frozen it will affect the signals, some switches will not work too good at below zero degrees "C" temperatures.
The same for some LNB's, check the manufactures web site, or the instructions that came with the switch or LNB for the temperature rating on that device.
Now for the grounding, all satellite systems should be grounded, all outdoor switches should be grounded, some have a mounting tab, this mounting tab can accommodate a ground wire, all ground wire must be #12 gauge copper wire, (or #10 gauge aluminum wire) and should be connected to a good Earth ground like an outdoor metal cold water pipe, the AC service ground or a true Earth ground like a ground rod.
If the switch does not have a mounting lug then a satellite rated ground block ( it must be rated for a satellite system) can be used, this ground block should be installed right before where the coax enters the building, and should be connected to the main Earth ground.
If it is extremely cold and this is affecting the outdoor satellite equipment then use some of that pipe heating tape, it is temperature controlled (some of it is) and will heat things up, wrapping things up in the pipe insulation helps, if ice is building up on the dish it can cause it to sag down, one cure for this is to cover it with a large outdoor leaf bag (a black one) and put a drop light inside the bag with a 40 watt light bulb, this will keep the dish and LNB's warm.
They make a temperature controller for the pipe heating tape, it can also be used to turn the drop light on and off as it gets below freezing.
One like this works wonders, I use one for my boat, a drop light inside the engine compartment and one of these keeps the repair bills down.

AS long as your power doesn't go out or your repair cost will be $$$$$.... Always get a few every year lol
